Basic Training
You will need approximately 45 minutes to an hour to complete basic training. You can complete the self-guided video training, OR we offer private training for your first session.
Self-Guided Training
The How To Use Lead Symphony page offers a video tutorial that you can pause or restart as much as you need.
Private Training
It’s typically better for us to work with fewer than 10 people at a time for this training. Think in terms of people who understand technology and learn it quickly. We should train them first. They’ll be key for helping with training with other team members.

15-Minute Power Training
Every Tuesday & Thursday, we offer a 1 PM (Eastern) training session. Topics rotate and we add new topics as requested.
